Delivery
A delivery shall only occur upon receipt of full payment including shipping and delivery charges. The due amount and fulfillment of the delivery is in the form of electronic confirmation of purchase. The purchase is binding as soon as the purchaser confirms terms and conditions and process the online payment. All delivery costs are within Switzerland via Swiss Post. Additional postal charges and potentially customs fee applies to orders from outside of Switzerland. In case the purchaser refuses to accept his/her order, we shall not refund any postal or delivery costs.

Gift Voucher
Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Vouchers cannot be extended past their expiry date. Gift vouchers are none refundable and cannot be transferred. Treatments may be discontinued at any time, in that case similar or other treatment to the value will be offered. Treatment price may increase, on that case the extra will be charged at the time of treatment.
Cancellation
Please advise us 48 hrs in advance, otherwise the full amount will be charged.
Membership card
Available in 6 or 10 blocks (Incl. 7th or 11th treatment 50% off). Membership card cannot be transfer or refunded. If cancelation made without notice, the appointment will be none refundable.
Membership cards and special offers on treatments, cannot be exchanged against products or other services/treatments.
General
We have the right to modify, discontinue or increase prices on treatments and products without prior notification.
